-What is your refund policy?
1.Accessory
Please be aware that accessories are personal items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
If your accessory is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your item so that we can arrange an exchange or refund.
2.Art kits, tools, handmade artworks
We have a 30-day return policy. Please request for a return within 30 days of the date of receipt of your item by contacting us via email at info@sgcstudio.com.au.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original package.
If your return request is accepted, we will let you know how you can return the item to us. We will not accept any items that are retuned to our studio without first submitting a return request.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery
Once your order is made, we cannot change the order or update your mailing address. Please make sure mailing address is correct prior to purchase.
We cannot guarantee the delivery time of your item and we do not offer refunds if your package doesn't arrive in time for the event you had in mind.
Damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
3.Pottery equipment
Returns And Refund Policy
We recognise that under specific circumstances, returns of products may be necessary. According to ACCC guidelines, products sold in Australia must be of acceptable quality, fit for their common use, and be safe, durable, and free from defects. We also understand that some goods shipped via third-party freight may arrive damaged and need replacement, and some issues may not be immediately visible upon purchase.
Refunds or Returns may not be considered or may attract a re-stocking fee in the following circumstances:
Change of mind
Purchasing the incorrect product for your use
Finding it cheaper somewhere else
Disliking the purchase
Misusing a product in a way that caused the problem
Finding no use for it
An extended period elapsing since your purchase
Shop Purchases / Orders Collected from Warehouse
Please inspect all items at the time of purchase for any defects. If you notice a defective item, please report it immediately to our team. If you discover a defect after leaving our store, please visit our website to download our Return Authorisation Request Form. Complete the form and email it to info@sgcstudio.com.au. A team member will contact you to provide a solution and issue a return if applicable. We request that you check any goods purchased promptly and report defects within 7 days of purchase.
Orders Despatched via Courier/Australia Post
We ask that you please unpack your items as soon as possible after receipt and inspect them for damage. If anything has arrived damaged, please take photos and download our Return Authorisation Request Form. Complete the form, attach your photos, and email them to info@sgcstudio.com.au. We ask that these claims be made within 7 days of delivery, as we may be able to reclaim the cost from the freight company if our claim is timely.
In some cases, we will ask you to return the items and will reimburse you for postage/freight. A Return Authority must be issued and must accompany the returned goods. On other occasions, we may ask you to dispose of the items or allow you to keep them and replace the product. These options will be at the discretion of SGC Studio, depending on the product and circumstances.
Packaging
Any returns, except for defective goods, must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers, or writing on the product or box. The return of goods considered defective by the consumer is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine if the goods are indeed defective. A credit or exchange of goods will be offered if applicable. No refunds or exchanges are available on Special Buy items unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
Items Covered by a Manufacturers’ Warranty
Electrical and some other items purchased from SGC Studio are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in remedying any warranty claims with the manufacturer. These warranties require the customer to return the goods to the place of purchase for warranty evaluation purposes. We will liaise with the manufacturer to determine the necessary action under the warranty, governed by the manufacturer and ACCC guidelines. We ask for your patience while we determine if a major or minor fault exists and what remedy the manufacturer offers. Please be assured we will work toward the best outcome for you.
To ensure the best outcome, we request that you make an appointment to bring back any electrical items with a warranty claim so we may document the issues and test the product with you. This will help us address the manufacturer with your claim effectively.

Return the product with the Return Authorisation
When the goods are received by SGC Studio, they will be inspected with the appropriate credit and/or refund processed.
If the goods are not deemed faulty, you will be contacted and advised of the decision.
Please Note:
All returns must be delivered to dispatch; no returns can be accepted in the shop.
A re-stocking fee may be applied to returned goods.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of the return authority being issued.
