Pottery Pick Up
Weekends: 1:00pm–5:00pm (our regular opening hours for collection)
For weekday pickup, please email or call us in advance. Availability depends on our weekly class schedule, usually Wednesday and Friday evenings.
After your class, your pottery will go through four stages:
Drying → Bisque Firing → Glazing → Glaze Firing
🕓 Timeline:
Most pieces are completed within 4 weeks after the class.Drying time depends on weather and the size/thickness of the work
Both bisque firing and glaze firing each take about 24 hours including firing and cooling
📸 When collecting your work, please prepare:Your class date
Photos of your pieces (to help us identify them)
We do our best to speed up the process, but there is a lot of follow-up work involved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please note that due to the large number of different classes we run each week, we do not send SMS or email notifications when items are ready for collection. Finished works are typically ready around 4 weeks after your class. We recommend collecting your pieces from the following weekend.
All pieces will be held for 6 weeks after they are ready.

⏳ Holding Period:
We will keep your pieces for 6 weeks after they are fully completed📷 If collecting multiple pieces: Please bring photos of all items for verification
📦 For group collections: Please bring a small box for packing and carryingPlease note： Due to the large number of artworks, we do not send SMS or email notifications
Please track your own timeline and collect your work within the pick-up periodFor shipping within Australia, there's an additional $50 charge per item, and delivery is estimated to take 12 weeks. While we take great care in packaging your items, we regretfully cannot guarantee that they won't develop cracks during shipping.
