What you'll do Looking for a creative and relaxing night out in Adelaide? With music, colourful lighting, and the pottery wheel all coming together, our studio transforms into a creative and atmospheric space. Slow down under soft, low lighting, feel the clay spinning beneath your hands, and create your own ceramic piece from scratch. Glow on the Wheel combines neon-inspired lighting, music, and spinning clay to create a pottery experience that feels immersive, playful, and relaxing. During this two-hour workshop, your instructor will guide you through the basics of wheel throwing, including centring the clay, opening the form, and shaping a simple cup, bowl, or other ceramic piece. No previous pottery experience is required. The focus is on enjoying the process, trying something new, and creating something with your own hands. You’re welcome to BYO drinks and snacks during the session. After the class, your selected piece will be dried, glazed, and kiln-fired by our studio team. Finished pottery is generally ready for collection approximately four weeks later. It’s perfect for date nights, catching up with friends, birthday celebrations, private events, or simply treating yourself to a different kind of creative night out. If the listed dates don’t suit you, contact us to discuss a private group booking or an alternative session time.
